About the Academy

The Academy is a multi-week, self-paced training event. The Academy is tailored for people who need training on CyberRes products but don’t have time to spend in a virtual classroom.

The self-paced delivery lets you review the training at any time during each week, and then attend a one-hour Review webinar with CyberRes instructors and SMEs for help with the content or lab environments, or to learn more about the key concepts you should take away from the training. The Academy features the following:

  • Short, self-paced Digital Learning lessons
  • Hands-on labs
  • Discussion forum where you can post questions and obtain help with the technical content and lab environment
  • Two 1-hour webinars each week with the instructor/SME
  • Certification and related badge(s) for passing any exam(s) related to the Academy training

Getting Started

You must create a Community Forum account and then be added to the access list by the Community Forum Administrator. This Forum is monitored by the Academy instructors/SMEs and is the principal means by which you can ask for help with the course content and labs and receive a timely reply.  Click for instructions on how to create a Community Forum account.

If you would like a Course Completion Certificate you can use the Print function at the same link you use to access the Digital Learning. If you cannot locate the Print Certificate link within the Digital Learning Contact Us to request help with obtaining your Certificate of Completion.

 

Request CPE Credits for Completed IGA Academy Digital Learning

If you wish to claim CPE credits for completing the IGA Academy Digital Learning Contact Us
Be sure to include your ICS Member ID in your request.
You must have completed ALL Digital Learning Modules in the IGA Academy to claim CPE credits.

NOTE: CPE Credits cannot be provisioned for time spent performing the Academy labs at this time.
