About the Academy

The Academy is a two-week, self-paced training event. The Academy is tailored for people who need training on CyberRes products but don’t have time to spend in a virtual classroom.

The self-paced delivery lets you review the training at any time during each week, and then attend a one-hour Review webinar with CyberRes instructors and SMEs for help with the content or lab environments, or to learn more about the key concepts you should take away from the training. The Academy features the following:

  • Short, self-paced Digital Learning lessons
  • Hands-on labs
  • Discussion forum where you can post questions and obtain help with the technical content and lab environment
  • Two 1-hour webinars each week with the instructor/SME
  • Certification and related badge(s) for passing any exam(s) related to the Academy training

Introduction Video

You must create a Community Forum account and then be added to the access list by the Community Forum Administrator. This Forum is monitored by the Academy instructors/SMEs and is the principal means by which you can ask for help with the course content and labs and receive a timely reply.  Click for instructions on how to create a Community Forum account.

Examination and Certification

The exams will take approximately 4 hours and will be proctored by an instructor. There will be a mix of multiple-choice questions, to check knowledge, and a practical assessment based on the use cases covered in the academy. We are planning to host the exam during the last week of the academy, depending on numbers.

It is expected that all the employees and partners will attempt the exam after completing the academy. The exam remains optional for customers.
